I still remember the client proposal that almost didn't get sent.
A dream client, a real budget, and me at 11pm staring at a blank page. I knew the work was good. What I didn't know was how to open, what to say on the pricing page, how to close. And I knew one thing about the person reading it: they would decide in the first three seconds whether I looked like the right choice or just another option.
So I built this deck. And then I rebuilt it every time I learned something new about what actually holds attention: how to open with a page that stops the scroll, how to anchor your pricing so your middle tier sells itself, how to end so the client knows exactly what happens next.
This client proposal template for Canva is that deck. All 96 pages of it. The bold editorial design does the first job: it makes you look established before they've read a single word. Then, unlike every other template that hands you pretty pages and empty boxes, this one does the second job too. It tells you what to say. The placeholder text explains what to write, why it works, and how to phrase it ("Your premium tier. Don't be shy with the price: it anchors the other two"). Keep the advice while you write, or delete it. Either way, you'll never stare at a blank page at 11pm like I did.
WHAT'S INSIDE
96 pages: 24 unique layouts in 4 color themes (black, cream, purple, neon green + bold accent), so your deck matches your brand in minutes
